Terms of Service
Article 1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between ByulE ("Company") and users ("Members") who access and use the "StoryChat" service and related services. This includes all content uploaded, downloaded, or displayed by users, including information, text, images, and other materials.
Article 2. Publication, Effectiveness, and Amendment of the Terms
- The Company shall post these Terms on the main page of the Service.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws. In case of amendments, the Company will notify users at least 7 days before the effective date through the service page, or at least 30 days in advance if the changes are disadvantageous or significant.
- Users may reject the amended Terms and request termination of service through the withdrawal page. If the user does not express disagreement within 7 days despite clear notification, it will be considered agreement to the revised Terms.
Article 3. Interpretation and Governing Rules
- The Company may establish separate terms and policies for individual services. In case of conflict, the individual service terms take precedence.
- Any matters not defined in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws such as the E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act, Terms Regulation Act, Information and Communication Network Act, and cultural industry-related laws.
Article 4. Definitions
- Service: "StoryChat" and related services accessible through various devices regardless of platform.
- Member: Any user who has agreed to the Terms and uses the services provided by the Company.
- ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member and granted by the Company for identification.
- Password: A combination of letters or numbers set by the Member for verification and protection.
- Domain: A unique Internet address provided by the Company for service usage.
- Content: All data or information posted by Members, including text, files, links, images, etc.
- Paid Services: Online digital content and services provided for a fee.
- Hearts: A virtual currency purchased by Members to use or buy services.
